Order & Chaos Online, first and formost in our humble cryptic opinion is the best MMORPG which has truly spent years on the apple app store! The best and most impressive game which runs on both Android and iOS is somewhat reminiscent of the aged yet still upright standing and walking tall World Of Warcraft- WOW the stunning graphics and liquid smooth servers of this homage of the game will make you wet your pants! Is it copywrite infringement I don’t know? Mirrorlike to WOW the battle system made and introduced multi touch flick game play and camera angle viewing unique and brilliant. If you like this kind of game and don’t have a life you’ll be playing Order & Chaos Online with it!
The Best Turn Base Strategy on Google Play & App Store
The best turn based strategy game would have to be XCOM Enemy Unknown which was a 2012 remake of a game I used to play on the PC probably in and around 1993 or 1995 developed by Microscope. If you don’t know anything about it let us enlighten you softly. XCOM Enemy Unknown is an excellent and cult turn based game battle system, epic storyline, research, evolutionary and base building game all rolled into one utterly unique and cultlike global experience. Gameplay takes place initially through the geoscape satellite view of Earth tracking a tiny red blimp UFO from the comforts of your Internationally Government Funded top secret Deep Underground Military UFO base.
Think of this geoscape “Base” as your home page between battles to bring down UFO and return home with corpses and tech up for scientific inspection with a story to tell to reverse engineer alien technology for your advantage and keep the international campaign and fund cup alive and flowing whilst building room for your bunker hiring staff, mechanics, scientists, soldiers everything you need to survive the species. Watching the globe with an eagle eye for an alien blimp or terror attack from the detached safety of the Geoscape.
Finally after seconds turned into days fast forwarded on the geoscape you’ve shot down a UFO or it’s landed now the next step and stage of the game is to battle it out with the aliens in turns on a random generated battlefield with time units (Think of them as movement and action anything your trooper does takes away from their time units even if its just turning round) when you run out of Time Units your XCOM agent wont be able to move or take a snap shot during the alien turn. This battle is akin to Wahammer 40,000 being played one turn XCOM one hidden turn for the aliens with both sides being able to use overwatch. If you survive the mission and return your soldiers get XP and level up with upgrade trees spouting turning rookies into finely tuned professional veterans.
This is an excellent remake of an excellent game and only £7.99 now and worth every penny! I think the original by microscope cost me £12 way back in 1993 or maybe it was 1995 around the time of Carmageddon? This remake as already mentioned has been on the app store since 2012 but was removed to make way for the upgrade XCOM-ENEMY WITHIN. You can’t upgrade XCOM-ENEMY UNKNOWN if you already have it as it’s been removed from the Apple store. XCOM-ENEMY WITHIN However acts as a standalone game and upgrade available for £7.99 the package includes XCOM Enemy Unknown with extra features and a multiplayer mode.
The Best Real Time Strategy (RTS) On The App Store
Keeping with the strategic theme the next is probably the best RTS command and conquer like game on the Apple App Store. Autumn Dynasty is a Chinese resource and fort controll Z- like RTS game with a single player campagin and randomly generated multiplayer maps where you can strategically battle with your troops to win successfully for pride and glory. Fight though the single player campaign and highly competitive multiplayer mode also. This is a great game, the animations are wonderful and the scenery is drawn beautifully and uniquely with the maps inspired by Chinese silk paintings. Originally Autumn Dynasty was unsung and unheard of by many which is one of the reasons I recommend it today. Also like UFO above AD can be brought as an upgrade currently only available on the app store and not GooglePlay. The upgrade adds more of a single player campagin with a greater user interface and strategic “Shogun- Total War” feel in the break and planning between battles. If you like this type of game and if you haven’t already got it you should get it and you won’t be disappointed.
Worms 3 RTS & Turnbase Fun For Friends & Family
Worms was one of the most original funny and entertaining games ever when it appeared on the PC and if I remember correctly it was the result of a competition that set the worms franchise into motion to where it is today. I wonder if the origional game designer that won the competition for the idea of ‘Worms’ got a percentage on the profits? You can play worms multiplayer online with a secure Wifi connection or with your friends at home! The rules are simple with 2D generated landscapes and four cute and funny little worms packed with various weapons for exterminating each other. Eliminate the other team before they get to you first and you win the game and map. Worms 3 is hillarious to play with your friends and for all the family and despite its fun and easy going playability and appeal it is a strategic game after-all. You won’t be able to play this game without laughing at your own misfortune or someone else’s.
The Best Racing Game on Google Play And The Apple App Store
There are plenty of racing games to choose from but my favourite would have to be the respectable Electronic Art’s Real Racing 3! You simply won’t believe how good the graphics and gameplay are on your iPhone, iPad or Google Device, its like carrying around Grand Turismo in your pocket or bag yet it’s better then GT and the controls are really cool and simple. Tilt your device for steering and tap the screen to apply the breaks. Set with real life race tracks to turn learn and master. The amount of true to life feel that goes into Real Racing 3 is far more then you would ever expect. Each car has it’s own unique handling and feel and is fully upgradable either with credits you can realisticly yet paitiently save from winning races, on the other hand you can throw some coin into it and easily cut some corners on the way to your dream with cold cash and in app purchase that don’t limit the game in terms of having to pay to play. This is the only racing game worth getting. It’s free with in app purchasing you won’t be forced as a necessity to use to be competitive, you can win races, single player and multiplayer without the mighty power of coin!

Would have to be Deus EX- The Fall. Set in the dark uncertain future of 2027 In the world of augmented biochemical cybernetic engineering. You play an augmented ex SAS Soldier Ben Saxon. In this cybernetic world augmented civilians with bio engineered enhancements (similar to Jax from Mortal Kombat with his machine-like arms) must get a fix of a new drug ‘Neuropozyne’ to counter the bodies natrual rejection of a foriegn augmented body part. Without it they will die a slow painful death. The problem is Neuropozyne is in short supply… Deus EX- The Fall, like its predessors is a FPS with an incredible storyline which involves powerful corporate organisations and even involves the cloak and dagger illuminati. You can play Ben Saxon however you want to. With the unexpected supprise of stealth or run in all guns blazing. The storyline is deep and even deeper if you want to read every document and file attachment Ben finds along the way, along with upgrading Ben with augmentations that best fit your play style. Deus EX- The Fall is not a game you can pick up and play for five minutes and put down and requires your attention and ability to think through problems as well as aim and pull a trigger.
